I'm Nina Elmoyan, an honors undergraduate student pursuing a degree in computational linguistics and artificial intelligence at Glendale Community College. I hope to transfer to a four-year university to further my studies in these fields in Fall 2026. I am particularly interested in the ethical implementation of AI technologies in second language acquisition and data processing.

I am passionate about learning more about NLP and its applications in real-world scenarios, especially in the context of multilingualism and language preservation. I am open to starting new research projects that combine my interests and artistic or literary inspirations. As part of the GCC Honors Program research group, I prepare and present my work at academic conferences.

Palouse Review Scholarly Article Publication (2025)

Published a scholarly article, "Envy: The Artist's Undoing" in the Palouse Review online literary journal based at Washington State University. This paper examines Miloš Forman's film Amadeus through the lens of envy as a driving force behind artistic downfall. Drawing on Seneca's On Anger, Erich Fromm's The Art of Loving, and psychological studies on envy, it explores how court composer Antonio Salieri's jealousy of Mozart corrodes his devotion to music, turning admiration into resentment and revealing how unchecked envy destroys creativity and the self.
